Town’s Senior Art Program Celebrates Motherhood Through Town Hall Exhibit

Miami Lakes, FL – The Town of Miami Lakes community is delighted to announce the upcoming art exhibition titled “MATERNAL DEVOTION” at Town Hall (6601 Main Street). Organized in collaboration with the Senior Art Program with the Parks and Recreation Department, the exhibition celebrates the theme of motherhood through the creativity and talent of our local seniors.

The “MATERNAL DEVOTION” exhibition — which will run from May 24 to June 28 at Town Hall — will feature a collection of art pieces, each artwork embodying the experiences, emotions, and connections associated with motherhood.

The exhibition will kick off with an opening night event, presented by Humana on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Guests are invited to join us for an evening filled with art and culture. Light bites and refreshments will be served. Pieces will be on display from the following artists:
