Project will install bike lanes and crosswalks improvements for enhanced pedestrian and bicycle safety-related infrastructure in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Project includes narrowing the travel lanes from 17 ft. to 11 ft., providing 4 ft. protected bike lanes on each side and a new crosswalk. On Montrose Road, the Project includes adding a 4 ft. unprotected bike lane on the West side, enhancing the existing crosswalk, and adding ADA connectivity and ramps throughout Balgowan Road.
