The Miami Lakes Optimist Park Storage Yard project involves Demolishing of existing 40x60ft storage/office building just east of clubhouse parking lot. Once demolished, we will build a foundation that is elevated sufficiently to meet building specs and place a steel structure measuring 40×60 ft for the sole purpose of storing park equipment and the Vac truck.
Demolition of existing deteriorating building, furnishing, installing a steel structure and incorporating new fencing around the structure.
