2024 Reindeer Run 5k Volunteer Form

The following form is for the 2024 Reindeer Run 5k volunteer opportunity for December 14, 2024 from 6:00 a.m. to approximately 10:00 a.m. This form must be completed by the parent/guardian.

VOLUNTEERS:

Must be a middle school or high school student.
Will be required to attend scheduled evening meetings leading up to the event including Monday, August 26 at 5:30 PM.
Are asked to wear comfortable shoes, use sunscreen, and wear breathable clothes on event date.
Are required to sign in AND out on event day so that they can be granted volunteer hours. Those that do not sign in AND out will not be granted volunteer hours.
