
Hispanic Heritage Concert

The Town of Miami Lakes and its Cultural Affairs Committee will host a Concert commemorating Hispanic Heritage Month on Saturday, October 22nd at Picnic Park West, 15151 NW 82nd Avenue. During National Hispanic Heritage Month we recognize the contributions made and the important presence of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the United States and celebrate their heritage and culture.
This free jazz concert will feature the renowned talent of Lucy Grau and her group “Sason”. Lucy Grau, a charismatic and talented singer from Miami, with all the elements of a marquee vocalist, has delivered breathtaking performances, domestically and internationally with her powerhouse voice. She effortlessly masters both, the English and Spanish language while staying true to her Latin rhythmic roots. Sharing her talents internationally at Salsa Festivals, and sharing the stage with many talented artists and musicians such as La India, Roberto Torres, Carlos Oliva Y Los Sobrinos Del Juez, Andy Garcia, Tito Nieves, among many more.
