Property Appraiser Outreach Event

Did you miss the March 1st Homestead Exemption deadline? Don’t worry, Dade County Property Appraiser, Pedro J. Garcia, invites Miami Lakes residents to meet one-on-one with his staff to review your exemption status and have your questions or concerns addressed. Be sure you complete the “Extenuating Circumstances” form in order for us to process the later applications for Homestead Exemptions.

The event will take place on Thursday, March 31st, in Town Hall 6601 Main Street, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. You may qualify for additional benefits that could help to reduce your taxes!
