Fourth of July Concert & Fireworks Show

The Town of Miami Lakes will host its 13th Annual Fourth of July Concert and Fireworks Show on Monday, July 4th beginning at 6:00 pm at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 NW 82nd Avenue. This fun-filled event for the whole family will feature live entertainment, food trucks, and much more, followed by our spectacular fireworks presentation. Admission and parking are free.

Sponsored by the Graham Companies, headlining this year’s concert is South Florida's own R&B music sensation Pocket Change. Founded by Eddie Carmichael in 1994, they have performed across the US and headlined at Music and Food Festivals throughout the State.

Don’t forget your blankets, chairs, and appetites for a great variety of food trucks. County Commissioner Esteban Bovo, Jr. will be sponsoring the photo booth filled with fun props and giveaways! This year’s activities also include performances by the Town’s community Ballet, Jazz and Martial Arts recreation programs beginning at 6pm.

Parking around Picnic Park West perimeter is limited, we are encouraging all residents to walk or bike to the Park. The Town will also be providing free shuttle service from two locations beginning at 5:30pm:

Town Hall located at 6601 Main Street- Shuttle service will run every 20 minutes continuously until 8:00 pm.

Royal Oaks Park, located at 16500 NW 87^th Avenue- Shuttle service will run every 10 minutes continuously until 8:00 pm

Shuttle service will resume at the conclusion of the fireworks show. The last bus will depart Picnic Park West at 11:00 pm.

Please note, fireworks, sparklers, and pets are not permitted on the shuttle or in Picnic Park West.
