Pursuant to the Town Charter, the Town Clerk gives notice of all Council meetings to its members and the public and shall keep minutes of the Council's proceedings. The Town Clerk performs such other duties as the Town Manager or the Council may prescribe. The Town Clerk reports to the Town Manager and is responsible for maintaining and distributing official Town Records. Mrs. Inguanzo is also the Supervisor of Elections for the Town.
