Florida Division of Emergency Management Conducting Storm-Readiness Survey

Miami Lakes, FL — The Florida Division of Emergency Management (“FDEM”) is conducting a mapping survey of roadways in Miami-Dade County, in order to document pre and post-disaster conditions.

FDEM has recently contracted with DebrisTech to survey roads in Florida establish a baseline of current conditions of roadways, signs, vegetation, etc. that could potentially be damaged due to an event such as a hurricane.
