The Town will be honoring Veterans on Sunday, November 2, 2025; the longest running Veteran’s Day Parade in all of Miami-Dade County. This patriotic tribute honors those who have served our country, and those who are actively serving today.

Join us as the Town of Miami Lakes and its Elderly Affairs Committee hosts a Senior Bingo Luncheon!

Celebrate 25 years of “Growing Beautifully” at the 2025 Mayor’s Charity Gala: The Silver Soirée—an elegant night of giving and glamour.

Come skate with Town of Miami Lakes and 2 instructors from the nonprofit organization SkateFree for a morning of fun!

Must bring your own equipment. Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and roller-skates welcome! All the skating fun is free and will be on the Town’s new portable skatepark features. This event will be held on the Picnic Park East basketball court, near the Miami Lakes Youth Center. This event welcomes children and teens between the ages of 5 and 16.

Treat yourself to a relaxing day of pampering! Seniors 60+ are invited to enjoy FREE beauty and wellness services, including:
