Get ready for an action-packed Heartsaver Bootcamp! This hands-on training is designed to empower you with the skills to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) like a pro. In this dynamic bootcamp, you’ll master essential life-saving techniques, including:

• Quickly recognizing cardiac arrest and other emergencies
• Performing high-quality chest compressions
• Delivering effective rescue breaths
• Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) with confidence
• Providing life-saving abdominal thrusts to a choking victim
• Understanding and applying the latest CPR guidelines and protocols
