2024 Hope for Walk Volunteer

Volunteer Form – Walk for Hope

The following form is for the Walk for Hope volunteer opportunity for October 19, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. This form must be completed by the parent/guardian.

VOLUNTEERS:

Must be a middle school or high school student.
Are asked to wear comfortable shoes, use sunscreen, and wear breathable clothes on event date.
Are required to sign in AND out on event day so that they can be granted volunteer hours. Those that do not sign in AND out will not be granted volunteer hours.

LOCATION

This event will take place at Royal Oaks Park (16500 NW 87th Avenue).
