2024 General Election Runoff

A runoff election for the Town Mayoral seat will take place on November 26. Voters assigned to Precinct 307 (Miami Lakes United Methodist Church, 14800 Ludlam Rd) will be temporarily assigned to vote at Precinct 308 (Miami Lakes K-8 Center, 14250 NW 67 Ave) for the November 26 runoff election. Conserve rain water, and watch your garden blossom! As part of Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department water conservation initiatives, the Florida Yards & Neighborhood Program offers rainwater harvesting workshops to educate Miami-Dade County residents on how to capture rainwater, why it can be beneficial, and how to install a rain barrel in the landscape.

The Florida Yards & Neighborhoods Program truck and trailer will be there, and will be bringing plants to share along with educational information.

With the rollout of Miami-Dade County’s new Rain Barrel Rebate Program, participants have the option to purchase a refurbished rain barrel following the program at $100 + tax, and receive a rebate for $50 from the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department!
