2024 Veterans Parade Volunteer Form

The following form is for the Veterans Parade volunteer opportunity for November 3, 2024 from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. This form must be completed by the parent/guardian.

VOLUNTEERS:

Must be a middle school or high school student.
Will be required to attend scheduled evening meetings leading up to the event including Thursday, August 15th at 6:00 PM.
Are asked to wear comfortable shoes, use sunscreen, and wear breathable clothes on event date.
Are required to sign in AND out on event day so that they can be granted volunteer hours. Those that do not sign in AND out will not be granted volunteer hours.
