A runoff election for the Town Mayoral seat will take place on November 26. Voters assigned to Precinct 307 (Miami Lakes United Methodist Church, 14800 Ludlam Rd) will be temporarily assigned to vote at Precinct 308 (Miami Lakes K-8 Center, 14250 NW 67 Ave) for the November 26 runoff election. Overview

The Town of Miami Lakes contractor, Lux Solar, Inc., will be working on the Montrose Road Crosswalk Improvements Project. The work is scheduled to begin in November 2021.

Details

The Montrose Road Crosswalk project consists of improvements to the existing mid-block crosswalk including installation of in-road lighting, rectangular rapid flashing beacon, pavement markings, and roadway signage.

Expect daily temporary lane closures within Montrose Road.

Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area. The contractor will coordinate with neighbors to maintain access to the roadway and properties throughout the life of the project.
