243px-All-America City LogoThe Town and Council, led by Mayor Manny Cid has continued to fight for the past three years the United States Postal Service for a ZIP Code that is unique to Miami Lakes. Most recently, Congressmen Jason Chaffetz sponsored the Postal Service Act of 2016; a bipartisan bill that includes a provision specifically stating that the Town of Miami Lakes should receive an independent Zip Code no later than September 2017. On November 30th, the US House of Representatives passed the bill; the bill now heads to the Senate.

Miami Lakes ZIP Code Update

Miami Lakes, FL -The Town and Council, led by Mayor Manny Cid has continued to fight for the past three years the United States Postal Service for a ZIP Code that is unique to Miami Lakes. Most recently, Congressmen Jason Chaffetz sponsored the Postal Service Act of 2016; a bipartisan bill that includes a provision specifically stating that the Town of Miami Lakes should receive an independent Zip Code no later than September 2017.
