Annual Community Recital Brings Spectators on a Wild Safari

Miami Lakes, FL -It was a spectacular safari-themed event for the 2015 Annual Community Recital “Jungle Jubilee” on May 22 at Barbara Goleman Senior High School in Miami Lakes. Each year, the Town hosts an annual recital where 200+ students are able to showcase their talents learned over the last year through the Town’s more than 40 programs offered.

Hundreds of spectators filled the auditorium to enjoy an evening of outstanding performances featuring students who showed off their impressive skills from the Town’s popular community programs: Tai-chi, line dancing, ballet, martial arts, and jazz. A standing ovation by the crowd culminated the night.

Youth recreational programming will begin again in the Fall.
