2024 General Election Runoff

A runoff election for the Town Mayoral seat will take place on November 26. Voters assigned to Precinct 307 (Miami Lakes United Methodist Church, 14800 Ludlam Rd) will be temporarily assigned to vote at Precinct 308 (Miami Lakes K-8 Center, 14250 NW 67 Ave) for the November 26 runoff election. Economic Development Committee

The Economic Development Committee serves to foster a prosperous business climate for the benefit of the Town’s residents and business owners by promoting local business interchange, implementing strategic initiatives to stimulate the Town economy, and recruiting new businesses into the Town of Miami Lakes.

Board Details

MEETING SCHEDULE: The Economic Development Committee meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m., subject to change. Meetings are held in Town Hall (6601 Main Street) in the Community Conference Room, Room 106. Special meetings are called as needed.

MEMBERSHIP: The Economic Development Committee shall be comprised of fourteen (14) members, in which each member of the Town Council shall nominate and appoint two (2) individuals.
